Kids' pottery workshop - It Takes A Village (9-12 years)

Kids' creativity knows no bounds - and this is a perfect age to start creating with wonderful clay!

Happy by Harper is a small creative business in Walthamstow. Founded and run by Sarah, she believes in the magic of pottery for better wellbeing and runs a range of kids' and adults' classes, as well as making and selling ceramic homeware in bright, happy colours.

During this 60 minute workshop, the children will be using air dry clay to create their very own pottery pieces! We'll tailor a range of pottery techniques to be suitable for this age, including pinching, coiling and rolling to create items of your choice. This could include a trinket dish, pencil pot or animals. Parents are welcome to help their children if needed, or can relax in the beautifully air conditioned cafe with a delicious coffee.
